This position is instrumental in overseeing the efficient and compliant operation of waste collection and recycling services. With a commitment to safety, sustainability, and fiscal responsibility, you will lead the team in delivering high-quality services to the Rockhampton community while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements.
As a hardworking, forward-thinking professional, you will lead the team to achieve objectives with commercial benefit for Council whilst balancing the service obligations to the local community. With the ability to mentor and motivate a team, you will manage in a safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner, ensuring your team have a unified approach and work effectively as a team.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
