Title: Coordinator, Volunteer Program Development, Permanent - Part-time Role, 28 hours per week
Salary Range: $89,907.72 to $104,487.69 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Coordinator Volunteer Program Development leads the implementation, ongoing review and improvement of the Volunteer Management Framework and collaborates with stakeholders to strengthen volunteering opportunities across the LGA.

Lead the implementation, ongoing review, and improvement of the Volunteer Management Framework to provide guidance and support across Council to ensure best practice for volunteer involvement. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aligned to the National Standards, including supporting the Council volunteer coordinators with effective practices, systems and resources for volunteer management.
