We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week to join our team at YMCA Upper Mount Gravatt Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of your fellow Coordinators, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager, and the OSHC Manager.

The development of quality programsManaging the day-to-day running of the programsCoordinating staffing and rosteringEnsuring compliance with policyUndertaking administrative requirementsWorking collaboratively with families and the school communityMinimum RequirementsAs the OSHC Coordinator, you should have:
Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcareExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or the willingness to obtain themA current Blue Card, or the willingness to obtain oneAbout the TeamYMCA Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services care for children before school, after school, and during holidays across 50+ school sites throughout South East Queensland. About Your Workplace at the YYMCA Upper Mt Gravatt Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is located in the heart of our community with convenient access to public transport and car parking. Our service offers a range of expansive indoor and outdoor spaces that give students and staff members ample opportunity to interact. We offer Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 105 children between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:00 pm.
