You'll be joining our vibrant Talent and Retention team, an integral part of the People, Culture, and Engagement branch. We're all about balancing professionalism with personality and celebrating individuality, and have genuine passion for what we do. About the Role
This is your chance to play a key role in shaping and continuously improving Council's recruitment strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, guiding and inspiring your recruitment team to position Council as an employer of choice.
What We Offer:
