The successful applicant will be required to have a firm knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the The Y NSW Swim School program, educational trends, and industry development. The position requires an energetic, motivated person who is not afraid to use their own ideas and initiative. To ensure we provide high-quality lessons for the patrons, you will need to have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing our customers and parents the best possible level of customer service, education, and enjoyment from the lessons.
