Job Description: Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage a Coordinator, Supply Chain (Contract) for a for a 12-month fixed-term contract who is responsible for overseeing the vehicle ordering process for Stellantis brands in the Australian market. The responsibilities include managing system and file maintenance to streamline ordering, offering assistance to the volume planning team by providing input on supply chain and planning, and providing support to logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manages the vehicle ordering and regional allocation. Partners with the Stellantis Region (India Asia Pacific) and the factory concerning all matters relating to vehicle ordering and build. Provides factory system reports to monitor build achievement, production status at Factory, to identify and follow up on underbuilds and delays. Calculates monthly Balance to Go (BTG) orders and reconciles orders to fulfil Demand Planning Requirements (DPR). Maintains product catalogues and product display in SAP. Submits VINs on the NEVDIS system. Manages amendments to vehicle specifications on factory. Manages Factory related port changes. Supports internal ordering / model mix / geo splits / spec for launch products & PERs. Develops ad hoc reports as required such as 4EA reports (customer sold order updates to Factory). Requirements: 2 years or more within a similar role (automotive preferred) Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel Experience using SAP (preferred) A sound understanding of the automotive industry A thorough understanding of the Supply Chain process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written Facilitator within business environment Excellent influencing and coaching skills Solutions driven Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment Commercial awareness and business acumen Ability to work under pressure and within a challenging environment Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously Apply: To submit your expression of interest, please apply directly through LinkedIn.
