About the role:
The Coordinator, Risk, Compliance and Procurement, supports the Lead, Risk Management with the coordination of risk management practice; compliance management framework; and procurement, contract and grant-making policies and procedures.
This exciting part-time, ongoing opportunity works as part of the Planning & Business Improvement team and has a close working relationship across the organisation.
Key responsibilities: Support the implementation, review and improvement of risk management practices including framework, policies and proceduresCoordinate maintenance of risk management software and regular reportingContribute to the review and development of procurement, contract and grant-making policies and proceduresProvide technical business systems support to tender/procurement activitiesSupport the review and improvement of reporting processesAbout you:
We're looking for someone who has strong administration, communication and time management skills. If you're confident using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office, you will thrive in this role.

Qualifications and experience: Relevant vocational or tertiary qualification in business administrationAt least 1 years' experience in compliance management and business administrative dutiesExperience working with an organisation providing grants and procurement activitiesExperience with a Risk Wizard or an established Risk and Compliance Management systemExperience with Salesforce or an established CRM system (preferred)Experience working in a government organisation (advantageous)How to apply:
