Reporting to the Supervisor Production, you will be responsible for providing Coordination of overall performance of the Wet Processing Plant and Production Teams Duties: Technically Coordinate the production work group to ensure all activities on the operation plan are carried out in accordance with the appropriate work instructions and department directives Lead and motivate personnel ensuring effective working relationships are built and maintained with other departments and stakeholders Safe Operation of the processing plant achieving at or above budget production rates Consistently deliver the Operations Plan for safety performance, utilisation, throughput rates and shift reports documenting issues and follow up Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in an Iron Ore processing plant or related industry Strong communication skills both written and verbal Time management and organisational skills Certifications or Qualifications in Processing, Metallurgy or Mining desirable Minimum C Class Manual Driving License Mine Site Facilities: Modern, comfortable camp accommodation High quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options) Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for females Heated outdoor swimming pool Beach Volleyball court and Golf simulators Village shop and extensive supporting amenities In-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capability Active social club with community events and activities for employees Lifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your family About the Company: Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.
