The OpportunityAs the Coordinator Procurement & Contracts, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing Council's procurement and tendering function and ensuring compliance with the Local Government Act and other relevant legislation. Additionally, you will provide high-level support and advice to Council's staff regarding procurement and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with Council's policies and guidelines. You will manage Council's contract register to ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and provide probity advice in relation to procurement activities in consultation with the CFO.
