Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking a dynamic and values-driven individual for this role of Coordinator Physiotherapist for our Peel Child Development Service team. Bring your passion and commitment and make a difference to those that matter – the next generation.
As a Coordinator Physiotherapist you will plan, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate the paediatric physiotherapy service to children in the Mandurah and Pinjarra area. You will manage a clinical caseload incorporating specialist and complex cases. You will provide education and support to parents, our multi-disciplinary team and community stakeholders and support P1 Physiotherapy staff at the site.
About Child Development Service: The Child Development Service provides multidisciplinary assessment and intervention services to infants, children and young people with developmental delay or difficulties that impact on function, participation and/or the parent-child relationship. Clinicians adopt a child and family-centred approach, working in partnership with families to address developmental concerns that are of priority to the family.
Our teams include Clinical Psychologists, Developmental Paediatricians, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals. The Child Development Service provides services at approximately 18 locations across the metropolitan Perth area, as well as providing home, school and community visits as needed.
