We pride ourselves on our dynamic and inclusive learning environment, where students can achieve their full potential.Role Overview:WAIFS is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Programme Coordinator - Partnerships and Contracts, to join our Perth CBD based team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with education agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders including local and federal government. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of our partnerships and contractual agreements, contributing to the growth and success of our programs.Key Responsibilities:Liaison with Education Agents and Stakeholders:Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, supported by our admissions and student services teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for the purpose of ethical, compliant student enrolments.Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to strengthen partnerships.Partner Institutions Coordination:Supporting our Special Projects Management to oversee the development, negotiation, and management of partnership agreements and contracts for onshore and in-country activities.Support our training team with the negotiation and management of third party delivery agreements.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Government Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with local and federal government offices, representing WAIFS in sector-related matters.Stay informed about government policies and regulations affecting the education sector and communicate these to relevant parties.Coordinate with government stakeholders to support funding applications, policy advocacy, and compliance activities.Programme Coordination:Liaise internally to develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our partnership programs.Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and contracts, identifying areas for improvement.Prepare reports and documentation related to partnerships and contractual agreements.Qualifications and Experience:Must have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in partnership management, contract negotiation, or a similar role within the vocational education sector.Strong understanding of the vocational education sector, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices under the ESOS Act.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.Why Join WAIFS?Be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to making a positive impact in education.Opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the growth of our programs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelor Degree (Required)Experience:Contracts Management within the Education Sector: 2 years (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Required)Location:Perth, WA 6000 (Required)Work Location: In person
