The Package: $104,586.04 - $115,562.20 gross per annum + 11.5% super.
(Evaluated as Grade 16 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.
Full-time – 35 hours per week.

We need someone who truly understands the vital role these areas play in our community and is eager to contribute to their care and preservation.
In this role you will: Supervise staff; coordinate and monitor the performance of systems associated with the Programs.Coordinate day to day operational maintenance of parks, reserves, open spaces, sports fields and cemeteries.Contribute to reporting on operational performance in accordance with performance frameworks.Coordinate resources in accordance with program and project budgets.We are looking for someone who: Holds relevant qualifications in Horticulture or Land Management.Has exceptional communication and leadership skills to contribute to an inclusive and collaborative workplace.Has effective planning, organisation, and time management skills to ensure objectives are achieved within set timelines.Possess and maintain a current class 'C' Drivers license.Working with us: Council offers flexible working opportunities allowing greater work life balance.
