About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our First Contact team. This opportunity is full time and will operate from Monday through to Friday, within business hours. The Coordinator of Supports will assist participants of the NDIS to connect to a range of local services and supports.
Reporting to the First Contact Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Liaise with clients and families to coordinate the lifecycle of their NDIS plan supports scheduling and claimingCollaborate with clients and families to build on their NDIS plan knowledge and available support streams within the local area based on their choicesIdentify potential under/over servicing for clients and act if goals or supports are not being delivered as per service agreementsMaintain a thorough understanding of the NDIS price guide and support categoriesBenefits of Working at KurrajongOur goal is to be the best disability services provider – both for clients and our staff.
