We are seeking an enthusiastic OOSH Coordinator to lead our dynamic out-of-school-hours program.
We offer Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days. We do not not operate on public holidays and have an approximate 2-week shut down period over the Christmas period.
You will be provided with 9.25% superannuation, and a 1.91% split shift allowance during term care. As per the Children's Service Award 2010, you will have 4 weeks annual leave and personal leave and a 6.5 classification.
Assistance will be provided in this role by a qualified and competent 2IC and Educational leader as well as a changeover period between current Coordinator for support and successful integration into the service.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a nurturing environment where children thrive beyond the classroom. Your role involves designing engaging activities, managing staff, and fostering strong relationships with parents and the community.
