A bit about the role Due to internal movement, we have a temporary leadership opportunity to lead Wyndham City's strategic approach to the growth and development for Maternal Child Family Health & Wellbeing services.
As the Coordinator of Maternal Child and Family Health and Wellbeing, you will lead a passionate and dedicated team of inspirational leaders, committed to delivering services they provide to the community.
You will empower them to deliver high quality responsive and integrated family health and wellbeing services including maternal and child health (MCH) services, immunisation services, and parenting support programs.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you'll inspire and enact change within your multi-site team to push the boundaries of what is possible in order to deliver positive family outcomes. You will collaborate closely with our external service partners to test and try innovative ways of service delivery, driving positive reform and ultimately delivering a holistic service offering that is purposeful, accessible and human-centred.
In this role, you'll be responsible for positioning our service to meet the growing needs of the community by driving the delivery of our current vision and strategy, while continuously seeking efficiencies and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
As part of the Community Support Leadership Team, you will also contribute to shaping and delivering of our strategic priorities and drive an organisational culture that delivers high-quality services and outcomes, creating self-sustaining communities across the life stages.
