As the Coordinator Major Roads Projects, you will lead the delivery of key Federal, State, and Local Government funded initiatives, making a lasting impact on our community's infrastructure and growth.
You will make an impact by Leading the delivery of approved capital works programs, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.Coordinating and supporting project management from consultation to design and construction.Developing and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Implementing sound contract management processes, ensuring quality and compliance.Mentoring and leading the Major Roads Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.What you will bring Proven municipal engineering experience in a service delivery role, with current engineering registration certification.Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of diverse professionals.Comprehensive knowledge and experience in civil engineering design, contract management, project management including budgeting.Strong data analysis and report writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present information to various audiences.The position offers a unique opportunity to shape and define the region's future through the delivery of key initiatives.
