As the Coordinator for Links to Early Learning , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that children from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds access quality early childhood education and support services, setting them on a path toward brighter futures.
As the Coordinator for Links to Early Learning , you will: Lead and mentor a team of Early Learning Linkers, guiding them to connect families with essential early childhood education and intervention services.
Build and nurture strong partnerships with communities, early education providers, and health services to ensure children receive the support they need.
Empower families by fostering their understanding of available opportunities and helping them overcome barriers to access.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to disrupt entrenched disadvantage through early learning.
Use your expertise to contribute to program evaluation, ensuring we deliver measurable, lasting outcomes.
Your Qualifications & Experience You're not just a leader; you're a catalyst for change.
Your ideal background includes: Qualifications : Tertiary education in Social Work, Social Sciences, or Early Childhood, and a minimum of 5 years of experience with children and families.
Expertise : Proven experience working with children (0–5 years) from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds, including implementing programs and making warm referrals.
Cultural Competence : Strong understanding of working with Aboriginal and CALD communities in culturally sensitive ways.
Leadership : Experience in coaching and mentoring teams, using a strengths-based approach to drive results.
Collaboration : Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders in early learning and community services.
Drive : Flexibility to meet the needs of families, coupled with resilience, initiative, and a commitment to social justice.
Current Driver's license and current NSW WWCC.
