You will make an impact by Managing and enhancing our corporate network, security, and key technical infrastructure. Leading IT infrastructure projects and collaborating with internal staff and external vendors. Ensuring the security and safety of our IT environment. Providing exceptional leadership to our technical and service desk teams. Planning and advising on future IT infrastructure requirements. What you will bring Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and service desk operations, along with relevant qualifications and certifications. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud and server platforms, infrastructure applications, VMware vSphere suite, Cisco (or similar) networks and related items. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team. Solid understanding of IT security practices and risk management.
