The Coordinator, Investments and Partnerships supports the delivery of grant rounds; the procurement of goods and services; and VicHealth's sponsorship process.
This exciting full-time, ongoing opportunity works as part of the Investments and Partnerships team, that forms part of the Policy, Strategy and Impact group, and has a close working relationship across the broader organisation.
Key responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of VicHealth grant rounds, including contributing to project plans, key processes, managing grantee contracts and relationships, finance administration of grant payments, and event and communications activities;Supporting the approach for the procurement of health promotion related goods and services to maximise outcomes, administrative efficiencies and management of risk;Supporting VicHealth's sponsorship process including assessment administration and finance administration, as well as engagement with internal and external stakeholders;Supporting the monthly financial reconciliation process for the Investments and Partnerships team, in collaboration with the team.About you:
