Job Requirements: Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place.Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).Proven leadership and team development skills.The Benefits: Leadership Days: All Service Leaders come together offsite for networking and professional development!Leadership Program: That supports you on your leadership journey!POD's: Be part of a POD where you can access your Peers for support and guidance.CEEC Councils (Quality, Safety and Leadership): Service Leaders form our councils, and consult and endorse changes before they're launched.
