We are looking for an energetic and innovative leader to coordinate a collaborative team in managing Council's assets effectively. With a significant asset portfolio critical to our community's daily life, the Coordinator Infrastructure Planning and Assets will play a key role in implementing and activating the Council's Asset Management Strategy. If you are an experienced asset management professional with a talent for fostering a team committed to excellence, this role could be your perfect fit. Please outline your experience in leading a diverse team of asset practitioners, or professionals responsible for the planning and/or delivery of infrastructure projects, and key external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.Q2. Please describe your experience in the development and implementation of Asset Management strategies and policies.Q3. Please explain how you establish and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
