Our Outside School Hours Care service, St Joseph's Primary School, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 19 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. The operating hours are Monday - Friday, 3pm - 6pm (Stay and Play Program), plus an additional 4 hours of admin.
About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for? Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA What's in it for you?
