About the Role  This is a Part time permanent position and primarily responsible for managing daily clinic operations and overseeing all the associated tasks that are required to be completed.
This position is also responsible for supporting clerical staff to meet performance requirements, implementing changes in processes and procedures as well as the delivery of training and education packages.
The set days will be disucssed at the interview stage (40 hours per fortnight).
Management of daily clinic operations and workflow  Point of contact for clinicians, staff and patients  Improve the patient experience  Deliver training and education to clerical staff  Ensure all outpatient activity is accurately captured and data including VINAH data requirements meet required standard and regulation  Collaborate with the implementation of new processes  Demonstrate respect and support towards other team members  Participate in the annual Monash Health performance enhancement process  Work in accordance with the Monash Health values  For a confidential discussion and to explore the opportunity further,please call Peter Lambrinos on 0428 466 545.
