These are two of Western Australia's premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations at each site.We are seeking a highly passionate, collaborative, and driven Administrator: Human Resources to join our People and Capability team in the Corporate Perth office.Reporting to the Director: Human Resources, this role supports the coordination of onboarding activities for new employees, supports the management of the Human Resources Information System, and provides administrative and transactional processes in addition to providing support to the Talent Acquisition team and broader People & Capability function.AccountabilitiesCoordinate and facilitate employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, setting up payroll profiles, processing contract changes, and actioning employee terminations and offboarding.Draft, prepare and assist in the development of HR documentation and correspondence.Provide administrative assistance to the broader P&C team, contributing to various P&C projects.Assist with talent acquisition and induction processes as required.Partner with the global systems team to promptly identify, resolve, and troubleshoot HRIS system errors, ensuring seamless operations.Establish and maintain strong relationships with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of people systems, initiatives, and policies.About you People are at the heart of everything we do.
