We require a motivated individual who is committed tofurthering the development of the Kalgoorlie Golf Course operations, with theability to develop a highly effective team with excellent customer service.
The Kalgoorlie Golf Course Complex includes a premier 18-hole grass public golf course designed by Graham Marsh, pro-shop and retailoutlet, driving range and The Waterhole Bar & Bistro.
It is owned and operated by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulderand is the home of the Goldfields Golf Club.
Reporting to the Director Corporate and Commercial, theCoordinator Golf Course will lead the day-to-day operations of the Golf Course,with a primary focus to increase the utilisation of the facility by locals andvisitors by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Duties Strong leadership is required, with a good understanding and experience in:
People and Stakeholder EngagementSmall to Large Scale EventsFood and Beverage Services including Liquor LicenceStaff RostersStrong Marketing ExperienceUnderstanding of Golf and IndustryFlexible working hours to accommodate the demands of the Golf Course and ClubhouseYou will strive for ongoing improvement through industry benchmarking and will challenge the status quo, by leading the way in innovation and best practice.

Who weare Looking for: To beconsidered for this position, you will need:
Significant track record in business improvement.Demonstrated leadership experience or qualities, the ability to mentor staff.Holder of a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and/or Approved Managers Certificate or the ability to obtain one.Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven administrative, financial management and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines across a number of projectssimultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail.Ability to negotiate, solve problems and resolve conflict situations.Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
