But enough about us, let's talk about you We're in the market for a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator Facilities Management to oversee and manage the City's Building and Community Facilities Asset Management Plan (BMAP). This is a key position that will play a central role in shaping the long term strategy and renewal programs for our community assets, ensuring that the short term and long term capital works renewal models and programs align with the City's Long Term Financial Plan as well as ensuring that all data and information are effectively captured and managed within the City's systems.
To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary qualifications in facilities or asset managementHold a current unrestricted C class national driver's licenceMinimum ten (10) years' experience in facilities managementSignificant experience in developing capital renewal programs for buildings and facilities assetsSignificant experience in asset management practices and systemsExperience in budgeting and expenditure managementExperience in leading and managing teamsExperience in procurement procedures and practicesHigh level of knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation, Building Act 2011, Health Act 1911, and related legislation and standardsHigh level leadership and coordination skillsHigh level of negotiation, communication and consultation skillsHigh level organisational, decision making and project management abilityThe finer details This fulltime Level 9 position attracts a salary range of $125,891 - $134,254 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. The position also includes a $10,000 car allowance.
