Band 8 $114,170 to $127,929 yearly, plus 11%statutory superannuation Do you have a Facilities background and strengthsin providing technical expertise and preventative maintenance?
We are looking for a suitably qualified individualwith experience in coordinating and delivering a range of services to join ourBuilt Environment Team as the Coordinator Facilities Maintenance.
Based at our head office in Sale, you will supervisethe maintenance team, while coordinating work across all of the Council's facilitiesincluding Depots, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Sporting Facilities, Libraries, TheWedge Entertainment Centre, and The Port of Sale complex.
We are looking for someone with recent experiencein a similar position with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate willbe highly motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to be a problem solver.Previous experience in coordinating a team, undertaking budget planning,working to budgets and contracts is essential.

The successful candidate will need to demonstratehow they meet the criteria below: What tertiary qualificationsor other appropriate training and experience in facility management, includingfacility management systems and industry codes and standards, do you have? How have you developedyour time management skills? What methods to you use to set priorities and planand organise your work? What do you to contribute to good working relationshipswith a diverse range of stakeholders? How have yougained sound knowledge of facility management principles and practices? When have youused communication, problem solving, report writing and computer skills? How do youmake sure that you reach your desired outcomes despite conflicting pressures? Why Wellington?
