This role will lead the development of internal communications strategies as well as complex customer experience projects on digital channels.This exciting new position will have the autonomy and trust to build our formalised internal communications function from the ground up. It will require extensive internal communications experience and excellent writing skills.Leading a small team, this role will develop internal communication strategies and channels to connect a highly diverse workforce. It will also aim to improve customer experience across Council channels, with a particular focus on Council's external websites and intranet. This position aims to inform, connect and advocate for the Whitehorse community and the Whitehorse workforce.If successful you will help shape our new Communications, Advocacy and Investment Department and be part of the leadership team.
