Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world. We in-load via our own in-house design screw conveyor pits, bucket elevators, ground conveyors, trippers, and stackers into multiple storage types. We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.

The Role As an integral part of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of goods and services, assisting in lowering inventory management operating costs, reducing surplus inventory and working with stakeholders across the business to identify their prerequisites.
This is a 3-month fixed term position based in the Perth CBD.
Key responsibilities: Create and analyse SAP and vendor reports to ensure the timely delivery of goods & services;
Maintain PowerBI Dashboards/reports updated being accountable for the disclosure information.
Monitor DIFOT and create action plans to close any gaps with agreed targets.
Maintain SAP with accurate and live information, updating due dates schedules, quantities and price when necessary.
Expedite goods & service purchase orders when necessary, ensuring timely arrival of goods into Central Warehouse/Forward Stores and confirming delivery of service purchase orders;
Liaise with Warehouse Team, ensuring stock transfers to forward stores are on a timely manner as necessary.
About you: Strong SAP knowledge is a prerequisite
Experience in a similar Procurement/Expediting role
Data entry and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and cohesively within a team
