Coordinator - Employee Inclusion and Recruitment Full-time maximum term to December 2026 (0.8 FTE option) Location negotiable from Bendigo, Shepparton, Mildura or Albury About Murray PHN:

The opportunity:
Reporting to the Business Partner - People and Culture, and working with the People and Culture Team, this is an exciting opportunity to coordinate activities, projects and initiatives that promote employee inclusion, wellbeing and engagement at Murray PHN. This role has a responsibility for coordinating all recruitment lifecycle activities and learning and development framework activities.
In this role you will: Collaborate across the organisation and with external service providers to develop and deliver initiatives to support the employee experience, including but not limited to engagement surveys, wellbeing activities and professional development. Lead and support organisation-wide recruitment, ensuring recruitment practices are inclusive and effective. Manage onboarding, offboarding and induction with a lens on inclusive and supportive practices, driving a positive experience for new employees. Research and recommend L&D opportunities that align with organisation, team and role-specific objectives. Design facilitated learning and wellbeing programs aligned to strategic frameworks. Communicate initiatives and resources that promote and support employee health and wellbeing. Our preferred candidate will have: A relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field and/or 5 years' experience in a similar position. Demonstrated recruitment experience and strong understanding of inclusive recruitment practices. Well-developed understanding of workplace diversity and inclusion practices. Demonstrated ability to develop positive and transparent relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
