Coordinator Digital Readiness and Benefits Realisation - 3 year contract Location: Tamworth, NSW THE OPPORTUNITY Build the benefits management and realisation capability of Council during a major technology transformation projectLead best practice adoption strategies for Council and its communityCOULD THIS BE YOU? To be successful in this role you will have a passion for managing change and demonstrating meaningful and measurable benefits to organisations and communities. You will be a strategic thinker with attention to detail, committed to playing an integral role in the team that will transform Council's use of digital systems through its 'Technology Blueprint Program'. Your positive attitude will help you build relationships with Council's varied workforce across multiple disciplines and locations.
Your excellent communication and interpretation skills will help you design and develop readiness plans to ensure a smooth adoption of new technologies. You will be driven to work closely with leadership, project teams and end users.
Responsibilities: Facilitating organisation-wide engagement to enable adoption of new technologyWorking with implementers and designers of technology solutions to develop adoption strategies for impacted stakeholdersEstablish and implement best practice, fit for purpose benefits realisation approach and associated framework, aligned with Council's strategic objectivesQuantify benefits, gain agreement to measures and report status of progress and achievement to stakeholders and the Tamworth communityProvide leadership, coaching and development of team membersTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED: NSW Drivers LicenceDegree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or equivalent relevant experienceINTERESTED? Salary range: Grade 18 - $1,955.20 - $2,115.70 per week including super for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
