Our Warana Branch on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Full Time Coordinator / Data entry Clerk. Responsibilities: Process incoming client purchase ordersGenerate purchase orders and coordinate supplier deliveries into various warehousesHandle queries/stock delivery enquiries from clientsLiaise with Account Managers regarding customer accountsProcess Account Manager requests in an accurate and timely mannerThe successful applicant will possess: Some exposure in a customer service orientated environmentExcellent communication skills as you will be liaising with various people across the building industrySuperb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasksA strong attention to detail & ability to multitaskA positive 'can do' attitudeAn ability to pick up processes and systems efficientlyBasic Microsoft and outlook knowledgeAbility to work well under pressure and prioritise workloadWhat we offer: Competitive RemunerationGood work life balanceImmediate startOff road parkingHours of work are Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays), 2 weeks closure over the Christmas periodIf this role exhilarates your passion for a new opportunity, then please submit your application for consideration.
