The Coordinator Customer Relations Centre is accountable for leading and managing the Customer Relations Centre and influencing service excellence across the organisation.
The role communicates with a range of customers and stakeholders including consultants and contractors, government departments and agencies, other local governments, vendors and suppliers; members of the public and City Leaders and employees.
As a collaborative member of the Customer & Information Services Leadership team, this position balances people management and technical elements including strategic and operational delivery.
About you
The successful appointee must be an adaptable, experienced Leader who thrives in working in a very busy and change driven organisation, or seeking to progress into a leadership role. As such, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria, accompanied with a CV and covering letter that they meet the following capabilities:
Qualification in relevant discipline such as Business or Commerce or relevant experience within a multifunctional customer service facility; Advanced people management skills to direct, manage and motivate staff; Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and public speaking) and problem-solving skills; Advanced organisational, negotiation and influencing skills; Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations; Advanced skills in the efficient utilisation of contemporary enterprise information systems and technology; Knowledge of the practical application of occupational health and safety measures in the workplace, including risk assessment and control implementation.
