Your role will be to lead, guide and mentor the Customer Service team and chair the Customer Service Working Group to continuously improve customer experience. The ideal candidate has the opportunity to develop and oversee the implementation of strategic CRM systems and service plans alongside creating 'best practice' procedures and standards. Demonstrated experience in management of multiple functions including customer service delivery, CRM systems, and staffing, alongside high-level experience utilising Microso?t Office is essential.
