As a Coordinator, Current Candidature, you will: Oversee and monitor complex Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidature cases.Independently relate existing policy to work assignments and provide detailed advice to stakeholders, team members, students, and staff.Review HDR candidature matters and make recommendations to senior leadership.Develop and implement detailed work procedures for the team that reinforce good governance, and policy compliance.Act as a coach and work with team members to facilitate growth and development by giving balanced, constructive feedback considering individual capability and team performance.Bring a strong customer mindset. Strive for excellence and consult regularly with staff/students/stakeholders to clarify who requires the information, the purpose for which it is required, criteria for success and where and when advice and recommendation is required.Provide ethical advice to staff/students/stakeholders that address underlying issues, promoting value-adding insights and recommendations. Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs and a customer first mindset.To be successful, you'll have: Completion of a Degree with subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in a university higher degree by research environment.Experience with university governance and policy.Experience in dealing with confidential materials and sensitive matters.Here's how to apply:  Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your relevant skills and experience.
