Hybrid work environment.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a member of the CA ANZ Conduct and Discipline team, you will provide administrative support for our professional conduct program, investigate complaints, and coordinate disciplinary actions. The role reports to the Australian Conduct Leader.Key responsibilities:Administration - Create complaint files, drafting correspondence to members and complainants.Reporting - Producing Conduct and Discipline reports and performing data analysis.Meeting Management - Arranging and managing the calendar for Committee meetings.Finance Support - Processing invoices and expenses for the Committees and the team.Relationship management - Liaising with Committee Chairs and members and other sections of the organisation regarding enquiries and good standing checks.System Administration – ensuring all information is accurately documented within set timeframes.ABOUT YOUThis position is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, takes initiative and exhibits a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
