We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by leading installation teams, managing site operations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Project Management:Oversee the installation of commercial furniture on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.Coordinate daily site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and managing timelines.Team Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring productivity and quality of work.Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards and foster a collaborative environment.Defect Management:Identify and rectify on-site defects promptly to maintain the quality of installations.Use hands-on skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Client and Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with site managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Build and maintain strong professional relationships while confidently standing your ground when necessary.Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards on-site.Maintain compliance with company and client protocols and regulations.About You To excel in this role, you will bring:
