As the Coordinator, you will lead the City Parks business unitto achieve the business objectives, as detailed within theStrategic, Business, and Asset Management Plans. You will alsoprovide leadership to the City Parks staff, in the pursuit ofcustomer service excellence and risk management.

Degree qualification in a discipline relevant to the fieldof operations of the position.Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture and/or LandscapeArchitecture or similar.Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in managingParks and Gardens.Extensive experience and broad knowledge in tenders andcontract administration.Experience in successfully managing a large team, includingfostering a constructive culture, and performancemanagement.Hold a current unrestricted "C" class nationaldriver's licence.Basic Worksite Traffic Management Accreditation.Successfully managing budgets and budget processes.The finer details This permanent full-time Level 9 position attracts a salaryrange of $125,891 to $134,254 gross per annum dependent onqualifications and experience. The position is located at theCity's Operations Centre, Park Road, Mandurah, and also includesrestricted private use of a Council vehicle.
