ADD VALUE - THE ROLE The Coordinator Capital Works is responsible for building capacity and understanding of the system and processes of the Council wide Capital Works Management Framework with internal stakeholders and provide support and coaching in the use of tools and methodologies.
The position is also responsible for the coordination of delivery of the Infrastructure Services Capital Works Program including roads, transport, drainage, open space and facilities.
Contemporary experience in the design and delivery of Capital Works Programs, and in the application of project management principles will be complemented by degree qualification in a relevant discipline related to Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 35 hours per week.
Remuneration package for this position is based on Grade 15 of Council's Salary System Protocol which equates to a TRP between $152,521 - $169,106 per annum including base salary, vehicle and civil liability allowances and superannuation.
