Talent Focus is working with an Outside School Hours Care service to seek a dedicated Coordinator to manage the program and create engaging activities for primary school-aged children.
This full-time, permanent position offers 38 hours per week, including 8 hours designated for non-contact administrative tasks.
You will work closely with a team of enthusiastic Educators and the Service Manager to provide quality care and programming.
The role involves split shifts to cover the service's operating hours: Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 9:00am (Morning Program) and from 2:30pm to 6:00pm (Afternoon Program).
There are also opportunities to work additional shifts during school holidays.
This large OSHC program can accommodate up to 300 children.
You will collaborate with the team to enrich the lives of school-age children through enjoyable and interactive programs outside of school hours, with centralized teams handling most administrative tasks so you can focus on what truly matters.
As our OSHC Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the OSHC program, including: Designing and executing engaging and age-appropriate activities and programs for children Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Supervising and guiding a team of educators Cultivating positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community The ideal candidate will have: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field Experience working in OSHC or a Long Day Care setting Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for providing high-quality care and education for children Full Australian working rights What benefits await you?
