Your New Role We are looking for motivated coordinators who love problem solving and are interested in taking their skills to a new environment. This is a role that is about more than just scheduling, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are receiving the right support at the right time provided by people who care, to assist them remain living in their own homes.  Responsibilities  We are looking for compassionate and caring people to provide excellent customer service outcomes for clients who are elderly or who have a disability by developing and fostering excellent relationships with clients, support workers, and funding bodies.  You will use GoldCare scheduling software to allocate support workers to provide assistance with tasks ranging from house cleaning right through to high needs personal care.  You will provide guidance and assistance to our Support Workers working in the field, and complete health and wellbeing reports and incident reporting. You will also be responsible for documenting complaints and compliments and conducting initial investigations. About you We are looking for people who are energetic and display real commitment to excellent client outcomes. You need to be enthusiastic about joining a team of like minded people who understand that every client deserves to receive excellent support.  You will need to have a love of problem solving and a commitment to achieving goals. You have the ability to deal with multiple issues and keep all the balls in the air while prioritising the most important tasks. Coordinating care is not an individual pursuit it is a team sport. Sometimes you will need assistance and sometimes you will need to assist others. Practical people who have a high level of empathy thrive in this role.
