Opportunities have become available for Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team of clinical leaders in our residential aged care facility both on a casual basis for PM and Nightshifts, and permanent part time with 2 permanent shifts per fortnight being offered with the ability to pick up extra shifts.

About the role:
The Enrolled Nurse will, under the oversight of the registered nurse, assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical and personal care that meets the consumer's wishes in a sensitive, dignified and appropriate manner.
You will also coordinate, support and lead the care team to ensure individual consumer needs, goals and preferences are met on a daily basis to give every consumer the best day possible.
Duties of the role may include:
Undertake reviews of clinical assessments within scope of practice, update care planand ensure the appropriate referral to other members of the team where condition or need changes Work in partnership with every consumer to ensure that care plans reflect their individual preferences.
Lead and monitor the delivery of care to the consumers assigned to your area for each shift Ensure the delivery of appropriate and quality care in to meet the consumers' needs in a timely manner including but not limited to, personal care, social support, medication administration, mobility and comfort and nutrition needs Consult with the registered nurse on duty for additional guidance and support to ensure clinical effectiveness is balanced with the consumers dignity of risk Ensure documentation is completed in required format, time frames and that advice is sought when required.
Essential Criteria for the Role
Enrolled Nurse Qualification Current AHPRA Registration Previous practical experience undertaking client assessments and developing appropriate care plans Previous experience leading a team of care workers and effective team work Ability to show initiative, discretion & judgement in carrying out assigned duties If your personal values align with our organisation values, we would love to hear from you.
