We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our wonderful kitchen team.
Training will be provided to all successful candidates.
Job functions include: Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations;Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution;Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards;Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers.Specific requirements: Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments;Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;Organised and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently;Attention to detail.MOST IMPORTANTLY: Consistently upholds Wahlburgers mission, vision, philosophy, and core values through leadership by example.
