Our Client,  Croydon Café Pty Ltd , is looking for a qualified/experienced Cook to join the team!
Job role: Full time hours and great salary Prepare, season and cook to order lunch and dinner menu Responsible for kitchen operations Contribute to menu ideas Supervise kitchen duties Stock control and ordering Budgeting and food costing Maintain kitchen presentation and cleanliness Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment Provide delivery of quality, timely food to ensure all customers are satisfied Skills: Ability to effectively monitor and manage stock levels Adherence to high food standards Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety procedures and practices Qualifications/Experience Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Commercial Cookery, or at least 3 years of relevant experience
