You will: Drive guest satisfaction in service and take great pride in the delivery of incredible flavours and food experiences Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm Provide hands-on support to junior members of the kitchen staff Collaborate closely with the F&B Service team and all departments of the hotel Promote and be accountable for WH&S in our sparkling kitchens Articulate ideas the creation of seasonal and promotional menus Support the effective procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food ABOUT YOU: You will be enthusiastic and have technical experience from working in a high-functioning kitchen environment, as well as holding a trade qualification relevant to your position.
