We are seeking a driven & experienced Cook Manager to join our team.Duties And ResponsibilitiesPreparing a variety of dishes from the menu and based on custom ordersMonitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentationRegulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipmentStoring food in temperature-controlled facilitiesPortioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishesPreparing food to meet special dietary requirementsMaintaining the highest level of cleanliness in all kitchen sections ensuring all equipment and utensils are correctly stored at the conclusion of rostered shiftTraining junior kitchen staff and apprenticesSkills And QualificationsCertificate III or equivalent qualificationAt least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant positionStrong communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
