Our client, North Rydge Pty Ltd is a leading hospitality group dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences across beautiful regional New South Wales. North Rydge operate a range of restaurants and are committed to high-quality, innovative cuisine using fresh, local ingredients.
We are seeking experienced and passionate Chefs and Cooks to join our team in Port Macquarie, Griffith, Glen Innes, and Moree.
The successful candidates will demonstrate creativity in menu planning, proficiency in cooking techniques, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards.
Develop and test new recipes and menu items (Chefs).
Assist in kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Train and supervise kitchen staff (Chefs).
Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
