Duties/responsibilities: Mise en place Cooking and preparing dishes Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Preparing and cooking food Planning and cooking for functions You will need: Strong stock and cost control skills Minimum two years post qualification experience Min Diploma in relevant field such as Culinary, Hospitality Management (including Commercial Cookery) and min 2 years work experience in relevant field Good time management Experience in cooking Modern Australian cuisine, Italian and Western cuisine Professional leadership Great communication skills Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace Restaurant chef experience is preferable Salary $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
