Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cook with additional expertise in woodfired pizza preparation. The successful candidate will work within the kitchen, handling dough and mise en place, ensuring that every dish is cooked to our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
Operate the woodfired pizza section, from dough preparation to final baking.
Work with ingredients to ensure traditional flavor combinations.
Ensure a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Cook, with specific experience in woodfired pizza preparation.
Skills: Experience in working with fresh dough, strong hand-stretching techniques, excellent dough-handling abilities.
Attributes: Team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: Food safety certification preferred.
