Key Responsibilities: Maintain top-notch standards in food preparation and presentation.Prepare curries and sauces.Innovatively manage and oversee kitchen operations.Maintain Food Safety.Lead and coordinate kitchen staff activities.Ensure positive customer interactions and overall satisfaction.Efficiently manage inventory, procurement, and supply orders.Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety regulations.Ensure compliance with health codes and industry standards.Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a relevant Diploma.In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.Strong leadership and effective communication skills.Proven ability to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.What We Offer:As part of our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your culinary expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
